Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact dw6900 customer support immediately.
- The minimum age to register an account is 18 years old.
- Users must be Malaysian citizens or valid residents.
- Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Dw6900 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive activity.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to exploit the dw6900 system.
- Posting content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to other users.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems and infrastructure.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds associated with fraudulent activity, and potential legal proceedings.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dw6900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via a range of supported local payment methods, including bank transfers, FPX, and available e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to conditions set from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. dw6900 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method.
Dw6900 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank details provided by the user, or delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, dw6900 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Dw6900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or unlawful activity. Accounts suspended or closed due to fraud will not be eligible for deposit refunds. Users whose accounts are closed for other reasons may submit an appeal through our customer support team.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the dw6900 platform are the exclusive property of dw6900 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any platform assets without prior written consent from dw6900 management.
